Katja Herbers is a professional musician since she was a young girl. She is the daughter Vera Beths (violinist) and Werner Herbers (oboist). When she was a child She was with her mother when she went to America on tour with chamber music ensemble L'Archibudelli. Her first encounter with theatre came after her father Leonie Poliak and cellist Annerbylsma got married.
